Yoga is a holistic practice that intends to support the student towards physical, mental and emotional health and well-being.
When all parts of being; body, mind and breath are in sync with each other, wholeness can be experienced.
Private yoga instruction is beneficial in helping to create what you may seek in your practice, and is very individualized towards each students needs and goals, namely a few:
-New to yoga and interested in the basics
-Seasoned practitioner wanting additional attention
-Working with common injuries, ailments, or illnesses; both physical and mental
-Seek yoga for stress, anxiety, depression, sleeplessness or other.
Depending on your personal intentions, a private yoga session can combine active or gentle movements, restorative poses, breathing techniques and tools for mindfulness and meditation.
Each session is 60-minutes of in home instruction.
