  • I offer individual therapy (also called psychotherapy) for adults. I specialize in supporting anyone navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, and major life changes.

  • I provide online therapy for adults in Pennsylvania and New Jersey through this practice. Sessions are held on a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, so you can meet with me from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Note: I also see clients in New York through a different group practice. This practice is fully independent and is focused on supporting clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

  • Online therapy allows you to meet from the comfort and privacy of your own space—making it easier to access support with no commute and more flexibility. Sessions take place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform to protect your confidentiality.

  • Getting started is simple. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call so we can connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if working together feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure—just an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of my style.

To schedule a consultation, click here, or reach out to me directly by phone or email.

  • Fees vary depending on the length of the session. We’ll review your specific session fee during the initial consultation, so you’ll have a clear understanding of costs before starting therapy.

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, you may be able to submit a Superbill—a detailed receipt—to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Working out-of-network allows treatment to be fully guided by your needs, rather than insurance requirements. I’m happy to provide guidance and a list of helpful questions to help you understand your coverage.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less notice—or missed without notice—may be charged the full session fee. This policy helps me hold your appointment time just for you.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
